Eligibility for BDS Course

Academic Qualifications:
Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the Science stream. The qualifying subjects must include Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English.

Age Limit:
Applicants must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the admission year. There is currently no upper age limit for BDS admissions; however, candidates should verify with the Dental Council of India or BYMS admission office for any latest updates.

Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English is required, as it is the primary medium of instruction in the BDS program at BYMS. Non-native English speakers may be required to demonstrate adequate proficiency based on institutional guidelines.
