Eligibility for GNM Course

Academic Qualifications:
Candidates must have successfully completed an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized medical institution. The degree must be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant authority. Completion of a one-year compulsory rotating internship is also mandatory.

Age Limit:
There is generally no specific upper age limit for MD admissions; however, candidates are advised to confirm eligibility criteria with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the BYMS admission office for the latest updates.

Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English is essential, as it is the primary medium of instruction in the MD program at BYMS. Non-native English speakers may be required to demonstrate adequate language skills according to institutional or regulatory standards.
